This one 6 months old so at least it's warrantied, but had to go and retrieve the wife from her work at 2230 last night as it seized on. Note i have to remove caliper, take it to be swapped and put the new one on.
VW should've been fined billions for this over the emissions. ****ers.

I'm just having a whine about how monumentally shite B6 Passat ones are.
Range Rover L322 ones are crap too. You need to drop the rear sub-chassis to replace them. The original metal ones used to seize and then the metal cogs would strip the teeth off the plastic cogs. Their fix? Replace metal cogs with plastic ones so they just seize.
