Well either she's been accepted by the Tories for who she is, or she's successfully pulled the wool over their eyes, or she's proven herself to be useful to them, even if she's not white, male and middle-aged.

Tories are a collective of people with certain political views - even if racism and xenophobia are more common among them, they are not defined by their race. Priti is sociopathic enough that she fits in quite well.

No need to bring her race into it. IMO.

That is about one of the few intelligent things they are doing.
The reliance on people actually keeping to self quarantine was always a tad optimistic.
Last years approach of calling them and if they didnt answer just giving up wasnt really the way you would keep covid from getting reestablished after all the effort of a lockdown.

As for Goebbels - how he didn't avoid being done in..... He actually looked very similar to the caricatures his propaganda ministry put out as 'the archetypal jew'.

But that has always been the way. Those with an obvious weakness or 'defect' (when compared to the supposed 'ideal') can often be relied upon to be even more nasty and extreme because they feel the need to over-compensate.

Another nasty little short-arse who was the antithesis of the 'ideal' he liked to portray (or in the case of the Army of Africa) lead. Little man, big attitude.

Franco was, first and foremost, a weasely opportunist who only pounced when the cards were as stacked in his favour as they could be. An organiser in the initial stages who came to the fore at the most advantageous (for him) time.

So can we agree short people are evil? Works for me.
