Is there a word for ?

Someone who always assumes that things, he knows nothing about, must be being done incorrectly.

or the action of doing such.

It's not paranoia, arrogance or insouciance but a mix of the three

Can't think of a word. Can think of three - Dunning-Kruger Effect

EDIT
Actually there might be a word - Ultracrepidarianism

(I know that looks like a word I made up but its actually a real word even though my spell checker has but a red line under it and written SEE ME at the bottom of the page.)

& the Single****erist, Ignorant, Inept report author author was called
Patrick Coles which gives me a chance to drop maccruiskeen's suggestion in as a Latin pun (iocus).

Best working late day ever !!

A short, fat, arrogant, weeble, Finance Director?

That's more than one word though but just had to get it off my chest, I feel better now.

Well done for volunteering - It'll be your weekends work to work back through historic forum posts and update them all

re: insouciance.

Was trying to catch their lack of wanting to do any kind of analysis, of why we are working, in the way we do.

Them "Your doing it wrong"...

Me " Errm okay why"

Them "because we say you are"

Me "okay, how are we doing it wrong"

Them "You are doing wrong it - in the way your doing it at moment"

Me. " You have no idea at all what we do, or how we do it - have you"

Them "Nope and we CBA'rsd to find out, since we know, what ever it is, the private sector can do it better - so it's really not worth finding out is it"

Me. "Fair point"
