If so, please link.

If not, what are the choice?

I have a basic Sky TV deal so no Sky Sports which I think you need for F1.
Any live streams?
Anything better than C4 with DC saying how well Red Bull are doing this year?

I've just taken out a NowTV offer - £20 a month for SkySports. That's all - I don't have any other paid subs for NowTV, so I think it's a reasonable deal.

I think last year I paid £8 on Now TV for 24hrs for the races I wanted to see live.

Now TV current offer
£33.99 £20 a month
9 month season offer. Cancel anytime.

Includes 1 month free Boost. After that, it's £5 a month.

Now can I work out how to get my SkyBox to record these for when I a busy and want to watch later?

I buy a one month NowTV pass when the races bunch up. Otherwise C4.
