The good lady has worked 2 days a week for the first 3 months of the year and her holiday was based on this. However for the remaining 9 months she'll be doing 3 days a week. Is there a basic ratio to work out what she is entitled to?
It depends on how many days she is given. And often if p/t she doesn't get bank holidays on top.
So at a minimum 21 days / 5 * 3 = 12 ish and then divide by 12 * 9 = 9 days
Whether full or part time, everyone is entitled to a minimum of 5.6 weeks holiday per year, and bank holidays come out of that (if you get them as paid time off).

Basically..
3 months Days Worked
(1/4 * Holiday Entitlement * 2/5)
+(3/4 * Holiday Entitlement * 3/5)
Bank hols if included should work out on the same basis.
Time worked x 0.1207 is the minimum allowance (which equates to 28 days per year including the 8 bank holidays).
