A few times over the last few days I've had a brief fluttering/spasm in a muscle just above my elbow. Nothing prolonged. And my hand on that side feels like it has a very mild case of pins and needles, its not numb or anything.

Internet Doctors, are they connected and should I be concerned?

It could be the bad kind of cat aids...?

Are you tired? I get this in various random places when I'm tired...

IANAD - But my suggestion would be that perhaps you've tweaked a nerve in your neck, possibly around the C 5, 6, 7 area.

Personally, I would go see a Physiotherapist. Many will suggest your GP and that would invariably depend upon your GP as to the help you receive.

Full blown Arm AIDS. No need to go to a doctor, leave it a couple of weeks and it'll drop off by itself.

Is the pins and needles constant or just transient with the spasms?

probably neck/posture related.

Neck sounds right on the money, I've managed to pull my shoulder/neck muscles on the opposite side which I seem to manage quite regularly. OR of course, incurable cat aids...
