After buying a few haddock fillets and freezing them from fresh, I now realise that the number of fish cakes that they make will be excessive.
So can I freeze the fish cakes, having made them out of the defrosted fish?

I hope somebody understands this!

Yes! once cooked the fish is safe to be re-frozen. You cannot re-freeze defrosted raw fish, even if alot of fish wholesalers and retailers do.....

Yep, sure you can refreeze it.
You might not want to defrost it again and eat it though...
