Trying to earn a crust. Did see that there were 80+ posts and thought sod reading all that, I'm not [i]that[/i] interested. Arguing the fine details of a system which I don't support anyway - and trying to find solutions to make it work, has never been a particularly riveting exercise for me.

If its any consolotion Im spending most of my time trying to convince my developer clients to keep going with building programmes rather than stall and stop. They all seem to think that stopping cash burn is a good thing. I then have the pleasure of point out how much doing nothing costs them, and it isnt nothing... eejits.
And one day that big development in croydon will happen...well, if I can find someone to pay for it 🙂
You know about the big plans for the new shopping centre in Croydon then ? That's been on the drawing board for years - there's been a multitude of large buildings standing empty just minutes for East Croydon station for God knows who many years, what a waste. And yes getting the money for it, is I believe, the problem now.
