Yes in my house.

I follow a 16 hrs 8 hrs fasting thing now. So 2 meals a day. 12pm 6pm.

So today's 1st meal was a crustless quiche made with 8 eggs bacon cheese and onion. With avocado and 4 Heck sausages.  Good FAT.

Looks nice. Needs at least another egg though! '😂

Never seen triangular black pudding! Very modern.

I had a meeting that finished at 12 and another that started at 12:30 so I re-heated a left-over piece of breaded chicken from last nights dinner & made a sandwich out of that, some seeded bread, salad & mayo.
Was tasty, but ended up being inhaled just as the 12:30 meeting started so didn't really savour it.

It most certainly is still a thing. I had a bacon and egg butty mid-morning and it was really good so I had another one. Seemed churlish not to really. 😃

It’s a friends wedding reception evening do later where I fully intend to gorge myself on the buffet

Fat roll Friday! Not always, but often for me. Today was an 'extra' 1/4 burger that wasn't needed from dinner earlier in the week. Fried up with onions and served on a lovely post chilli-topped brioche roll.

Followed by a Magnum chaser (original) cos it's definitely taps aff weather here 😎

Just going to big up our butcher. Doncaster market, like the rest of the high street is greatly diminished, but we still have half a dozen  traditional butcher shops, a fish and game market, cheesemonger, Toppings pies(also available at your local Booths), fruit and veg and a few cafes and eastern European and Greek stalls.

El Bastardo pizza at a watering hole near the office. Pepperoni, Nduja, chillies. Washed down with a pint of Northern Monk Faith.

Lush.

Well as saturated animal fat is the human body’s most species appropriate macro nutrient, every day should be a full fat Friday.

I eat one meal a day, usually beef and eggs with a bit of sauerkraut to keep the mitochondria happy.

Full carnivore for 16 months. No scurvy. No brain fog. Ideal blood pressure. Loads of energy and sleep like a dead log.

So is sauerkraut not vegetable?

So you are not full carnivore?
