When I'm using the phone as an iPod I can't get music to play properly. If I select an album it automatically shuffles all the time, anyone know how to switch shuffle off? There are a couple of icons on screen but no matter what I do I can't fix it.cheers

Tap album artwork to bring up the scrubber/repeat/genius/shuffle controls as seen above. Shuffle is the blue icon. Tap it to turn it grey (off).
If you've already tried this, you probably have 'shake to shuffle' turned on in Settings>iPod, so it will start shuffling again once the phone is shaken.
The 2 blue arrows that you see higlighted and crossing, tap these until they are no .onger blue and have no numbers next to them
