I have been given an old ipad which needs to be wiped and given back to a lady so that she can pass it on to one of her friends.
Its version 10.3.3 (14G60). Model MD526B/A.
I have not had many dealings with ipads, is it a case of just performing a simple factory reset?
Or does the ipad have to be removed from the existing Apple ID which it currently has set up?
Thanks.
Reset it then remove it.
Cheers! 🙂
The important bit is making sure the device is removed from the "Find my iPad" device list associated with the Apple ID I believe. If you look at the info on any of the "trade in your phone" type websites you'll get the idea.
Its easy to do. To wipe/reset mine it needed connecting to my itunes account on my pc.
