Not long to wait now for the racing to start ! Decent coverage on itv4. Will GM have packed enough Tetley? Who will be the man to beat? Will Bruce ansty be amazing and do a whole race at the pace he manages in moments? Excited!!!

He drinks proper tea, not Tetley's floor sweepings.

Boy from work has just gone over with his mate with a BBQ and a tent strapped to the back of his bike, not jealous/bitter at all, nope, not me!

Watched the Young Guns, 130 Club and docu about the Dunlop last night, yep, I'm in the mood!!!

Bruce did look relaxed didn't he hope he does well. Hope GM does it this year too. What about Ian Hutchinson? Amazed he ever got back on a bike after his leg got mangled, good to see him too.

Yup can't wait for the racing to start. It's the only sporting event that terrifies me just watching.

Be particularly interested to see how M Dunlop goes. Don't like him but his talent is unquestionable. He has issues and sadly would not be surprised if he doesn't last long. Still sad about Simon Andrews

Supporting Ivan and RC Express Racing.
We do the graphics for the team and was talking to the team principle (Roy) yesterday.
They had a good year in 2014, hoping for better this year.

Hopefully the wind has dropped a bit as it sounded like the pit was pulled about a bit.

I always seem to miss the coverage but this year I seem to have caught most of the build up on itv 4 and have no plans over the weekend or start of next week so I might actually catch some this year.

Sounds like there's a rider down already. 🙁

As long as people continue to road race there will be fatalities. I was watching on board footage from the NW2000 last year and small compressions and bumps on the straight were causing riders smash their heads off the tank at 200mph.

Very sad when fatal accidents occur, I used to mech and pit for a mate that raced, it's sureal when you're having a brew before a practice or race in the cafe and next thing you hear is someone you where talking to comes to grief, however the competitors do it out of choice and know the risks.

Anyhow, it now spiced it up a bit as Micheal Dunlop has walked from Milwalkee and is going campiagn his BMW's from last year, even though the superbike isn't on the island yet?

It is insanely dangerous, and very sad to have deaths. The danger, coping with the fear, is probably a very big part of the attraction. It amazes me that it's not been sanitised or stopped though.
Hope the rest of the event goes safely for everyone.

Ooooo Guy looks relaxed and ready! He mentioned'big mountain bike races'. As other stuff he wants to do that is driving IOM TT retirement thoughts. Is guy going to do the great divide or idita or something?

I live about half a mile from the start line and all I've been able to hear all evening is the singing of engines

I love the coverage on ITV4 & Manx radio yet I never feel optimistic about the TT, it always seems to take someone's life. One of my mates was killed racing there, yet one of my best mates raced the 600 supersport race the day after. When he gets his 650 twin built I'll finally go & watch..

What a fantastic weeks racing! I was over and saw 7 races in warm, sunny conditions. Atmosphere was great and watched from one of the best locations i have found - Brandish.

After listening to the senior on manx tt radio i'm a bit gutted i missed it - the lap times are unbelievable!!!

Agreed, great to see the king of the mountain pull off another senior, and those lap records!

Wish guy could ride fast from the start/without having a 'hutch hare' to follow. When hutchy had exhaust issues today guy passed back and was doing great times so he can ride fast without a tow/hare.....Wouldn't have got a win but could have managed another podium perhaps. Still, great riding by so many riders, fabulous.
