You don't need to be an 'investor' to invest in Singletrack: 6 days left: 95% of target - Find out more
Enrolled on a university course last year, received a warning email that I had not paid, before I had actually received an invoice from them, paid the first installment, and subsequently had to withdraw from course.
Restarted the course this year, received my year's invoice, paid the first and second installment. Today I have received an email telling me that sorry, we have just audited our finance department, and realised we have under charged you for this year by 600GBP. We will be very kind and split it across May July and August for you.
I'm somewhat pissed off by this, one it is the second time they have messed up, and two, I now have to fork out 600GBP extra, that I hadn't planned for at the start of the year.
I feel it is all very unjust. So what do you say STW do I need to pay or is there some law that says I can wriggle out of it, and have an extra holiday.
Time to go back to the initial contract, what does that say?
I think the test here is: Have you actually been undercharged? Or have they put the price up?
Aren't you in Asia somewhere? Probably relevant regarding anything legal...
Digging through emails I have found one with an attachment for the correct fees.
At this point I have been under charged.
Bollocks.
Negotiate on the number and frequency of the instalments.
