Watched episode 1 after me jab and not seen such a bloodthirsty cartoon since ren and stimpy.
Seems like it might be quite good so might watch a few more.
Reminds me a little of The Boys.

Another vote for Wayne. Best thing I've watched in years and I'm not normally a fan of violence.

Cheers for the heads up on Wayne. Going to hard not to binge it. One episode before ride, now one after, but need to get some gardening done 🙄

My apologies, I didn't realise we were only allowed to talk about one programme. 😆
Don't watch Wayne anyone, watch Invincible!

Never heard of invincible.

Wayne is the best thing I've seen in years. Right up my street. When episode one ended with a banging High on Fire tune I knew I was in the right place.

^^-Ditto, watched Wayne over a couple of days. Not often I'll get through a series that fast.

I also like a decent bit of anime**/ cartoon-age so I'll check out Invincible, cheers op.👍

** I'm late to the party but anyone that loves sf/ sci-fi but won't watch "cartoons" is missing out on some superb movies/series.

Watched the first couple of episodes of Invincible. It's decent, I'll keep watching, but nowhere near as brutal as The Boys.

Well I sat down this am watching Invincible, thought it was pretty good reminding me of the incredible Spider Man cartoons as a kid with the animation style and story. Was a bit puzzled about the reported violence, until that scene. Holy shit! That jumped up a few notches.

Looks ok that Invincible - from watching clips on Youtube can see lot of bits nicked from The Boys, Kick Ass, The Incredibles... hopefully there's some originality in there too
Animation stlye looks like the old cartoons from the 60s - Marine Boy anyone?

With my comic book nerd hat on...I think the Invincible comic series came out in the early naughties, I want to say 2002, I might be wrong. It predates Kick Ass (2010) The Boys (2006) and the Incredibles (2004).

Christ, what a nerd...
