Joined a gym and they’ve a Wattbike and I’m enjoying it especially with this poor weather.
I am pleased with what a difference they made to my outside riding.
Just looking to get fitter and faster! I would welcome any ideas for sessions to keep it new. Also how often to them or any tips on indoor training that is not Zwift.

There are plans in the free Wattbike app, they work well even if they are not most exciting ones.
I might be putting too too much into single word thread title but please do not think that intervals are key to good long-lasting fitness. They are merely a tool to fine-tune the existing fitness.
