So... I have a frame here in the uk,  guy in Belgium has some forks he may send me with some cash for the frame.

Usually buying via paypal is fairly simple, you're protected, but being as it involves the exchange of goods both ways...what's the safest/easiest way for both parties to do this?

And is there anything involved with taxes in this situation? neither of us are businesses, cheers

Safest way is a holiday in Belgium...

If you live in Kent it's not the daftest idea to pop over on the train and do the handover in Calais
