trying to send my forks to TF tuned for service, and arranged courier collection for Thursday. they didnt turn up so rang TFT who rebooked for fri and again Interlink express didnt turn up. I'm wondering if its because i'm in a rural area and they cant be bothered to come out if theres only one collection in that area. Not blaming TFT at all as they just wondering on other peoples experience of Interlink Express.
Anyway took the forks to the post office today to try 1st class recorded and see if that gets there monday which is my booked day for the fork service

all the roads are clear up here (lakes) and nearest depot is preston so only just down the M6. TFT said apparently they tried to pick up but no reply at the door which is bollocks as we're a surgery and open all day 9-5 with at leat one person always on reception!
My guess is that they just couldn't be arsed then.
