He was found to be more than twice the drink-drive limit, with 83 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35 micrograms.
The lesson being never give a breath test if you're not driving a vehicle.

Teh breath test is irrelevant - the police have to prove he was incapable of maintaining proper control. However pleading guilty means it is not tested in court.
