You don't need to be an 'investor' to invest in Singletrack: 6 days left: 95% of target - Find out more
I was woken this morning by my phone ringing at 4:45. You know at that time of day it's never going to be good news. It's a GPS tracking company ringing to tell me my big scooter (a Yamaha TMax 560, if you're interested) has been stolen.
A quick call to the police and they're on their way and a check on my mobile shows me where my scooter is, less than a five-minute walk away. Ironically, next to the local magistrates court.
Within half an hour I'm chatting to the police in a lock-up before riding my scooter home.

Modern technology isn't always that great - it probably wouldn't have been stolen if the thief had to drag a 110v transformer and extension lead to where your scooter was.
