So my daughter (5) reckons she wants an instant camera for Christmas!!
In fairness, she has gone on about it for some time!
THough the initial cost isn't too much, the film is pretty pricey.
So, any suggestions of the cheapest consumable instant cameras? Or alternatives? I think she just loves sticking things, so one that prints pictures onto a sticker would be awesome i guess!

I guess its either Fuji Instax or Polaroid Originals - and yeah the film is pretty pricey.
Your other choice would be getting an original Polaroid, say SX-70 and getting new film for that from Polaroid Originals. Problem is that they have a tendency to die - my Spectra did after a handful of goes.
My girls (10 yrs old) got the Fuji ones for Christmas last year. I suggested cheap digital cameras (as we have a decent wireless photo printer at home). After the initial novelty had worn off, we have barely seen them being used and they have both now added digital cameras to this year's Christmas list.
i can predict this happening, TBH....
ideally i'd like a super cheap 'sticker printer camera'...will have a hunt online!

ok..so the polaroid Snap looks quite cool..uses zink paper, which works out about 45p per shot...
Might look into that!
