Appologies if it's been posted before saw this yesterday thought I'd post it as we get a fair number of posts about yoga for back and knee issues. A very dramatic transformation.
Carpet fitter here with all three problems (though not in his league )
brought a tear to my eyes that did .

inspirational, definitely also about the funniest thing i have seen for a while obviously in very bad taste for me to laugh and karma will probably bight my arse, but i nearly fell over when he was falling over. fair play to him for sticking at it.

It has been proven that hope alone can have positive physical effects. Couple that with hard work and dedication and the world is your oyster.

Even so, 14lbs a month is one hell of a weight loss rate.
I hope one day, if I need it, I can find that sort of determination. Giving up is so much easier.
So can someone recommend a yoga book/dvd for uncoordinated blokes?
