Hi,
Currently looking for some insoles as my sidi's have the standard bit of card in the bottom and really need something with a little support on my arch.
I ski so i have some knowledge about custom moulded insoles etc, but dont feel i need the expense of custom moulded for mtb as its maybe not as much of a benefit as it would be on a road bike.
I pronate slighty and have been looking at some superfeet black or yellow ones,
the only difference i can see it the yellow ones have a more raised heel cup which is suppossed to benefit road cycling foot postion and the black are a little lower,
I suppose my question is do i need the higher heel postion for mountain biking.
Thoughts and recomendations are welcome
