I need to create a series of table numbers/titles throughout a document so I can create a list of tables for them at the beginning. How do I create the table titles as a sequential list that cross-reference's for me to create a list of tables?

Select Table, Right Click->Caption to add the table title.
Should now be cross-referencerable.
