@jonm81

Thanks. Not that big, just under A4.

Might try something bigger.

My partner is a professional print maker and she suggested scratchng back into it and then use it like an etching plate I suppose.

Experiment and play. The wax is fun.

Game of Thrones

I reckon I was the only person in world who had not seen all of the Game of Thrones.

Thanks to lockdown watch all Seasons in one run over a couple of weeks.

I did'nt even know how it ended after all those years.

I must of been living under a TV rock.

Great stuff.

Redthunder, you're not the only one who hadn't seen Game of Thrones. I gave up after series 4 so no idea how it ends.

Wholely unimaginative but I used to draw these all over my school jotters much to my teachers annoyance.

And that’s it for another year.

I'm not in any way artistic, or able to contribute to this thread, but I do want to say thank you to all the people who do - some remarkable talents here, and I enjoy popping back to see what amazing creations there are.

Cheers all!

I enjoyed this round. Not a big fan of the commercial route Inktober TM Copyright etc has followed 🙁

Great art all round.

Keep posting, who says it should stop today 🙂

Anyone planning on doing Inktober again this year? I shall be keen to see peoples drawings, they are always so good.

I cannae draw for toffee, but I started doing some scribbles/doodles back in Oct 2019, inspired by this thread. So, this year I am going to give it a go. I may be brave and submit something, it may even inspire others who lack confidence. Whilst I am pretty dreadful, I do find it very relaxing and ‘therapeutic’, a great way to unwind and de-stress.

Please do. I have no contribution but I'm loving the output here. My mum has one of the offerings proudly framed on her wall, the art kindly gifted by @jonm81 (IIRC!) a couple of years back.

@cougar It was this one I think. I can't believe that was back in 2019! I'm glad your mum liked it.

@gauss1777 Post your drawings! As long as you have fun doing who cares how it turns out. It can't be any worse than some of the abstract crap that sells for ££££ 🙂

I was debating about doing it again this year due to work load but might give a few a go. I've got some oil pastels I've been meaning to try out so it might be the excuse I need to get drawing again.

EDIT: FFS why can't I get pictures to work any more. There's the link instead. This'll be a crap thread this year if we can't post pics.

It was. I took a photo for you but never quite got around to sending it because I'm useless.

If you post that link in IMG tags it should work.

1. Gargoyle

Why are scrolls so hard to draw??

I might only do a few this year as work is so busy. Hopefully others will join in.
