Bit of an odd question, but is anyone aware of something like the above that can be administered via a (relatively) fine nozzle?
Normal expanding foam would be great, but it needs to be a WD40 sized nozzle at most, which doesn’t seem to exist, I assume as it needs the space.
Or some form of resin may work as a substitute.
Any help would be appreciated!

You can get a gun from B and Q (which takes specific cans, be aware) that is good for small spaces. It's a great and fairly mess-free way to do it, because you can also get a can of cleaner that you screw on to clean the gun out before you put it away and that will also wipe up spillages.
That said, it's not WD40 diameter, although the nozzle is quite fine. But, you can stick extra tubing on the end so I would certainly be investigating bodging some kind of adapter on the end. You could get something like a biro tube, you can gently heat those and draw them out to make nozzles (like glass-blowing) and you could use a tube to connect that. The nozzle on the can of spray foam itself is a normal nozzle the a similar size to a WD40 can, so it is clearly possible to get the liquid out of a small hole.
Needs context.
Expanding foam and resin are two different products for two very different jobs.
I have a lifetime of working in the PU industry - OP what are you wanting to do exactly?

I discovered that you never..never, spike a can of expanding foam with a garden fork. The lessons of youth. Though I was in my mid thirties.
That's a moment id have loved to have witnessed! Lol😁

in short, a small, flat bottomed, enclosed space with no access other than a 2mm hole that has some swarf in it, which I want to stop rattling around.
Thought was to inject a foam/resin into it, which will set & solve my issues 😆
I'd just inject some super glue give it a shake and let it set .
I could not say that similar has been done on old.velocity deep v rims.in the 90s to dispatch with a 16mm nipple that would not let its self be extracted while the wheel was built.
Pour candle wax into it?
Anything sticky, watered down PVA (white wood glue), assuming a bit a short term damp wont cause problems.
Or for the non water route, PU glue (brown gorilla glue), the standard bottle nozzle is about the right size to inject into a 2mm hole, and it foams as it cures.
My uncle once chucked a lump of rebar into his van absent mindedly when packing up and there was a look of horror when he realised the trajectory. There was a thud, a ping, a hiss, a lot of shouting and a lot of laughing. It makes quite a mess.
