This is how India looked on the Diwali night from the satellite in outer space. Well, at least this is what it would have looked in an artist’s imagination

I did wonder what happened to ****stan, but I concluded they had all gone to bed.

I'm probably best suited to answer this, as i'm sat here in my apartment in Pune with what can be described as world war 3 going on around me...and it's 11pm!!! It's bloody mental!!! 😯

Lasts 3 days, today until friday. Fireworks started at 6am this morning and are still going!!! Put's our bonfire night to shame, massive loud banging fireworks, set off within an arms reach...no health and safety here!! 😀

Oh..and the paneer tikka masala was yum!!

How about setting them off in the road whilst the auto rickshaws drive over them??? 😯

Heh! It's a picture based on a satellite image what was probbly done using Infra Red or something. And that image is probbly 'enhanced' to exaggerate reality somewhat.

It's a nice idea though.

I'm loving Diwali, never seen so many fireworks!
