Seeing as most Grrr/Yay! threads centre on CRC i thought i would report that Wiggle are doing good things at the moment.
I had a pair of [url= http://www.wiggle.co.uk/p/run/8/Inov-8_F-Lite_230_Shoes/5360045959/ ]Inov-8 F-Lite 230s[/url] split on the upper after 6 weeks/100 miles and the following happened:
[u]Tuesday:[/u] Completed the automated returns form. Packed up the trainers and posted them back to Wiggle.
[u]Wednesday:[/u] Email to say trainers had been received, my postage had been refunded and a new pair would be issued.
[u]Thursday[/u]: Postie brings me a brand new pair of F-Lites in the morning and i get to go out for a 10m run.

emailed them re: a leaking camelbak bladder. 2 days later new one arrived. Ace.
