Morning all, apologies for the thoroughly boring Monday morning post...
I'm trying to import contacts from gmail to outlook. I've followed all the steps, exported from gmail to an outlook CSV file, downloaded it, imported into outlook, all of the contacts are there, but some of the phone numbers are scrambled - like they've got excel formatting in them.
For example: 4.47969 E+11, 4.47967 E+11
They're all fine in gmail, so I must be cocking something up with the export/import?!
I'd try formating those number fields as text fields. Excel is seeing them as very big 10 digit numbers. Once you've done that try importing again.

Did you make the mistake of opening the csv in Excel first to make sure it was ok? That often trips people up
