I am getting back into photography (amateur) after working in it for many years. I have been dragged into the digital age and am looking for an image hosting site to store and share pics

Any recommendations? Free ideally

I've found photobucket to be very good for putting spics up for public view. I don't sell stuff, though.

Flickr seems the obvious choice for both; although you might consider a Wordpress blog, which would give you lots of storage as well as a nicer platform for displaying your images.

No at Wordpress and no at Flickr. You can also set permissions on Flickr so that public/private/friends/family are included or excluded from viewing.
