Some how I appear to have contracted "manflu turbo extreme", my temp is 39 and I'm sat in front of a fan in my pants... Any suggestions as to keep from dying?

I contracted the same strain on Saturday. I've felt like crap since and still do. The heat down here in the South East is not helping at all either
