I Know it isn’t the most highbrow, but as a family we’ve thoroughly enjoyed this series. Getting down to the last few now. Sad to see Louise go. Daughter still thinks that Snoochie was robbed!

Simon or David to win.

The sleeping room is a self contained set rather than part of the original castle right?

PS. If you are “hater” start another thread.

Not sure who I want to win, David would be the obvious choice I guess. Seems like a decent bloke, pretty funny as well.

Does seem that the challenges have been fairly easy this year, they've had most of the stars every night.

I watch this shit on the app the day after.

Please can we have a spoiler warning in the title?

Danny or David for me.

I watched a castle tour a few weeks ago but can’t remember where. I’m sure the sleeping area is part of the castle but has had a new roof installed over it.

David or Frankie for me - it's my favourite nonsense program of the year, mainly for Ant and Dec who are hilarious! 'Evening Prime Minister...'

Well it ain't gonna be Ian Beal.

And im glad to see the back of Naughty Boy.

I'd like it to be Frankie even though she proved she can't sing in quite spectacular fashion.

Think that says more about you than me.

Ant & Dec and the production company will be the clear winners.

I haven't seen much this year (wife had covid so spent lots of time in bed so I binge-watched Brian Cox stuff / historical stuff about the wars) but I usually enjoy it, however I really am not enjoying it as much now the trials have been toned down so much. I can understand *why* they have done it, but I just can't get into the programme anymore which is a shame.

Three possible contenders this year David (Legend), Danny or Frankie.

I’ve watched this for years because my kids love it only my youngest watches it now though, easy entertainment and we all like to see someone suffer in a comical way.

Naughty Boy struck me as someone going through a mental health crisis, he also failed to communicate clearly some of his points. I don’t think he’s a bad guy but the show hasn’t done him any favours.

He's an interesting character for sure.

For example his emotions seemed to be completely flat when he was responding to people who were rude to him (Kadeena and Adam spring to mind, might have been others).

Absolutely no sense of urgency in the trials as well!

It's the only Ant & Dec programme I don't like to watch, and I wish they'd stop making it for a number of reasons, but as already said, that comment says more about you.

Don't watch it myself, but Mrs Labsey does and she wants Danny or Frankie to win.

Yeah just so laid back but achieved them most of the time.

Ha ha, my Wife loves it, she holds 2x 1st class degrees and is studying for a Masters I'm far closer to an imbecile than her, but I'm indifferent at best, although I do enjoy watching Frankie Saturday getting all mucky.

Honestly though, there's plenty of TV I despise, for example I think Love Island encapsulates all that is wrong with 21st century western society, but I don't say nasty unfounded things about people who enjoy it.

Yup I was confident he’d at least make the final. I reckon Danny now.

A celebrity? Just a wild stab in the dark.

Used to watch it until about a week ago and now completely lost interest, probably won’t watch again unless they go back to Australia, a castle in the dark just isn’t doing it for me anymore.

I've never watched it, and never will living overseas, but I discovered from Skype calls during lockdown that my grandparents - who were being extremely careful not to mix with people - were being delivered food by their next door neighbour, Naughty Boy (although they called him by his real name).

He claimed to have "accidentally made too much" but was clearly helping them out.

Unfortunately my Nana (in her mid-90s) had to go to hospital last xmas for unrelated reasons, picked up COVID but was asymptomatic, but unfortunately it then killed my Grandpa.

She was then moved to the other side of the country for care, where she lived a few more months. When she first got there she told my Dad that "Naughty Boy will come and take me away" - bless her.

I'd personally never heard of him, but was really impressed with his care for my grandparents which they greatly appreciated. He's been really nice in a WhatsApp group too.
