For my 14yo daughter who loves art and uses all sorts of materials,
She has a windows 10 netbook and fresh paint seems to receive decent reviews so that might be her starting point.
I'm sure a graphics tablet and pen system will help with this but they are quite pricey, Wacom seeming to be the starter level?
Any tips from those in the know would be appreciated.
As would any old devices I can buy cheaply!
