A man looking out of a chest?
Thankful toilet…

You basically have the first one
The toilet confused me, as there is another clue directly next to it which appears to refer to it but has nothing to do with the 'thanks'.

I gave up at 50 or so and just started spamming random city names at it.

A man looking out of a chest, you say?

And a standard slang term for a toilet. Thanks.

Argh. 4 to go. All had clues on here I think but still can't get them!

- Cowboy hat (the one on the left)
- Batman sign
- Covid sign
- Spring

No matter what variations on what I think it is I just can't get them.

Cowboy hat (the one on the left)
A popular hat in the 80s, just try not to get shot

Batman sign
Easier than you think, if you're heard of the place (which you obviously haven't)

Covid sign
The first COVID sign

Spring
Another place you've not heard of, but it is shiny

Castle looks like someone just bought it

Ape to man
Something is going on. Maybe someone can explain it.

Maybe you'll get it in a few more generations. You'll be smarter and fitter then. I can recommend a good book that explains it

Think about where rather than what for the hat.

For the batman sign it's really a say what you see because you don't know the place

Im on 69/80, with a little help from this forum. I know I’m missing some obvious ones but I’m really at a loss.

- The toilet (I’m adamant it’s to do with “loo” but can’t get it for the life of me)
- the dog
- Orange jam
- the covid sign (no amount of googling is coming up with the first place closed by covid)
- the cat and laptop
- the second hat (not the cowboy one)
- the denim jacket
- the basin that the ton is in (got the crowned ton)
- the food next to it (is it a melty cheese?)
- the mermaid(?) statue by the red phone box
- the anchor (how is it not Ankara?!)

Any help would be awesome. I know there’s been tons of clues about the toilet and jacket especially but literally nothing is coming to me!

Batman - you don’t need any help with this one.
The second can - maybe if you get it, they’ll make a film about it.
Red pony - stumped me for ages, I ended up googling “red horse place” and scouring images until something looked the same. Turns out there’s a country that’s well known for them…

the dog
- You might need a little dog knowledge

Orange jam
- Where did that come from?

the covid sign (no amount of googling is coming up with the first place closed by covid)
- You shouldn't need to Google it. Hope it doesn't drive you batty

the cat and laptop
- Not just a cat

the basin that the ton is in (got the crowned ton)
- That weight did look a bit mucky

the food next to it (is it a melty cheese?)
- no. But it is quite hot

the mermaid(?) statue by the red phone box
- you need a little mermaid knowledge

the anchor (how is it not Ankara?!)
- I thought that first. Took me an age to get it

Envelopes can usually be bought in two different colours.

In what situation would camouflage be useful?

Yeah, really worth using Google as a spell checker for some of the names.

So which one we all having a go at next? Did the the tube stations one a few years ago, that was a proper say what you see.

The spring and the dancing ladies have been bugging me for days!

They are both tricky. One is a place you've probably not heard of so you need to say what you see. The other needs quite specific art knowledge so can't really be worked out or guessed

gorilla - he has a name

otter (read the earlier clue but can only think of rotterdam which is wrong) - it's a little tenuous but there is another. Getting warmer, although maybe better to get colder.

emerald stone - the only fictional city, although I believe it is the nickname of another city in the game
