Not an ultima, they are mid engined. Big us engine with a big transaxle type box.

I thought Panoz also but far too small - as said maybe a home brew based on one. Also looks a bit Westfield XTR4 but its not that either.
Dunno but it's got a Murcielago / Focus side repeater so that may give a clue to the donor vehicle.
Or it could just be a cheap and neat looking type approved side repeater on a kit that doesn't use any Ford parts 🙂
