For my sins, I have 2 days at our Tower Hamlets office this week, with an overnight at the Tower Bridge Travelodge.

I'm planning on using the night away to catch up on sleep rather than go wild on the town. Thought I might pop up to Look Mum No Hands and see whether the loverz/haterz are correct, after that just looking for a decent pint of proper beer and pizza/Chinese/indian somewhere near the hotel.

Any suggestions?

Can you get yourself to Borough Market (just down the river) loads of bars/restaurants there.

Take a big bag of ball bearings ,then sit by the river and throw them in to the river(close to the shore) .Very dull ,but with the added bonus of annoying the low tide detectorists . 🙂
