http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/6187080.stm

Woman at work a few years back came around to tell me I had to sit up straight. I tried her method, and had tried it before, and it made my lower back tired. I've always 'slouched' like this article suggests, and I've always been comfortable sitting at my computer for hours and hours.

She wouldn't accept my point of view, turns out I was right 🙂

whatever it may be.

No, at the time that was the 'fact', facts change as more is known. So 7 years ago sitting upright might have been a fact, today sitting in 135degree position is the 'fact', what will it be in 7 years time?
Also was your slouch (Which to me suggest slumping forward, not leaning back), supported as per the picture? Just because a position is comfortable does not mean it is correct.

Hang on, so you're saying you know more than an expert on a certain topic? She offered advice, and you know better?

That doesn't sound like you Molly, you sure someone hasn't hacked this log-in?

It's not a reverse cowgirl if there is no girl involved!

good one Jamie. Amputee silhouette porn. Now that's niche.

I bet you could flip pic 1 and pic 3 90 degrees anticlockwise and get another too.

Love it - the key point to remember here is not the appropriate posture... it's that he was RIGHT! 😉

Arms, we need arms.

I still don't know how to sit if I have arms.

LOL at CFH

I never knew Rule 34 existed, apart from in THE rules. And I couldnt see the relevance of MTB shoes and pedals to this discussion anyway.
