I was with the bike but not being rescued this time. Man on the street = cyclist on towpath. Viewers outside of Scotland wouldn't have had pleasure of hearing my insight on it being a sunny day. Yes, this did constitute national news in Scotland today. My best performance yet, I feel.

I used to get a tiny bit riled by the TV news' obsession of the random , uninformed/unqualified man in the street being asked loaded questions but give me a shot at the limelight and I become quite the media whore.
