You don't need to be an 'investor' to invest in Singletrack: 6 days left: 95% of target - Find out more
Effort is not my problem however, time is.
Is there something out there that can deliver results using sensible meals (I known I'll need to eat 6 times a day).
I've seen things like the superhero workout regime which promises bulk and definition in 3 months, my problem is that i don't trust the advert/hype and i will struggle to find time for both the exercises and the food prep.

Lager and curry is all you need 🙂
Ha! Bod and his Triangle dress 🤣
Aunt Flo too ? 🧟♂️
I could give you a really good diet plan, excellent value for money.
Payment up front, thanks.
I'll get back to you after I go on holiday. Oh, and after some IT problems.
CaptFlashheart is iDave and I claim my 5 pounds.

Out can certainly give bulk and definition.
Op it depends who you are what you're like now and exactly what you want to achieve. If you want to look like you spend 3 hours a day humping weights in a gym you'll struggle without spending 3 hours a day humping weights in a gym. Go to a gym, get a decent PT, work with them on a plan that works for you, they'll be able to give you an idea of what to expect but don't be too upset if they say you need to spend the first 6 months losing weight before you start to bulk up.
I only came in here to post a snarky picture of Bod.
I see Ponder Stibbons has beaten me to it..
Have this earworm instead.

Out of cheese error, redo from start.
I'd be happy just to have the use of someone else's awesome bod occasionally, can't be doing with all the upkeep of having one of my own.
have a read of this short article / instagram post by Rob McElhenney from It's always sunny in Philadelphia about how he did it!!
Awesome bods galore.
I’ve had great success with PT sessions based around high intensity weight lifting. Diet was a big key part of it though. Keeping portion sizes down, high protein and low carb. Snacks in between meals have to be small eg small handful of almonds like 7-10 almonds max. Or a small kids apple not a full size one. It’s amazing how little you can eat and still see performance gains. As often said the equation to loose fat in its simplest form is calories in must be less than calories out. It’s much easier by far to eat 500 less calories than to work off 500 more calories. Especially if you are short on time. I managed to loose 12kg in 3 months doing only 3x1 hour PT sessions a week. They were very high intensity sessions all slow controlled movements to reduce wear on joints and avoid injuries from dynamic movements, after each 1 hour session I was drained to the point I didn’t have the energy to lift my arms and lather the shampoo on my head.
Good bods = effort x time + diet.
There are no shortcuts.

Ah, here's an idea: download the "rock clock" and synch your schedule with his. You'll find you've plenty of time to get an awesome bod keeping his hours.
Crossfit. The hardest part is making sure that absolutely ****ing everyone knows you're doing it.
Why don't you have the time? What are you doing to stop you? What can you give up?
There are no shortcuts, never have been. It takes time, hard work and a strict diet if you want to look good and be strong. I've been weight training for 35 years and will never stop. If I am short of time then using my cage is more important to me than a ride. Get recommendations of a good local PT and tell him /her what you actually want. Stick to it and you will eventually be able to keep it going alone.
