First up I made a few upgrades to my Dartmoor Hornet hardtail, from old heavy Pikes to new lighter Revelations, SS orange wheels to Spank Oozy Evo wheels which were super simple to set up tubeless. Overall weight saving - lots, plus stealth.

After:

Still need to get rid of the white cranks, have black pedals to swap over and when the grips die will replace with black. Happy with it, need to ride it now!

Made a table for my mates shed using the bit of kitchen worktop cut out for his sink and some scrap wood. It's not perfect, it's rough and ready, but it's for a shed and was free.

We also had a BBQ and made a DIY smoker using a bucket BBQ, canes and foil and it worked rather well, though his fancy kit is winging it's way from Germany now so no more ghetto smoker needed.

Nice.

Bike looks good!

I fitted some SLX brakes to my Inbred last week, but the hoses are stupid long so need trimming down & potentially re-bleeding.
But, I needed to make a start on decorating a bedroom so spent the whole weekend scraping off woodchip wallpaper & pulling up cheap laminate flooring..... 🙁

The garage was calling, but I [s]wanted[/s] needed to get on with the decorating! (although I stopped to watch the F1....)

Bear, no tan spoon, being a girl I have been put off that idea by various internet pictures! 😉 Will be putting black grips on soon, but getting the rest of the life out of the orange ones first, tightarse.

Stumpy thanks, I do not envy the woodchip, yuck!

Stevet1, the stem is temporary until I get a black ragley stubbing on Tuesday eve, will be shortererised again then, this is a loaner form a mate so I could build the thing!

"why ladies need to be careful of saddle colour" put that in google images, first two pics are what I am talking about!

I think there's some pics doing the rounds (and apologies if this is not what sazter was referring to) - of people on bikes with tan saddles and the nose of the saddle looks like a knob poking out, on first glance.

Would appearing to have a black penis be better then?

Once you go.... erm... no... But it looks more saddle like, and less likely to be confused I guess.
