Definitely not a bike related question from me tonight but I've had some great answers from STW in the past on random queries so here's hoping.

If anyone on here knows what this type of representation / chart / graphy thing is called I'd really like to know, I need to make some on a computer but without their name I can't really proceed.

Mostly balanced, cheers for the reply but sadly not I don't think it's right.

They don't represent proportion relative to 360 degrees but each spoke is used to represent a different thing and the greater the value the further from the hub the spoke is marked. You end up with a spidery pointy shaded area within the wheel.

Colournoise, thanks very much! Wish i'd asked earlier, by the looks of your profile you probably had to make some of these a few years ago for the same reason I do.

Whatever you call it, it's a pretty rubbish way to visualise data.

Captjon, thanks very much also. I have saved and printed that image above and it will be very useful when I'm doing an assignment on the use of data.
