Hi all,
I have a Trek 6500 (poss 2005/6) v-brake bike and I'm looking to put disc's on the rear but I understand I need an adopter for the frame but I have no clue what one i need.
I have e mailed Trek this evening to see what they can do but my LBS are unable to help.
So can anyone help me please.

I have an old one knocking about from a fisher frame that'll fit, they had the same adaptor. Drop me a mail and I'll post it up to you.

It's adapter, not adopter. An adopter would be someone taking your bike off you.
