Does it need to be a plasma? The 42" LCD panasonic I got from Tesco a week or so ago is nice £359.99 down from £550 iirc.
Richersounds have been keen on priced of late and i got good advice in January when getting a TV for my dad

Haven't seen a review for this one yet but it looks like 2012 could be a vintage year for Panny...some of their higher-end models are getting great reviews
edit: their 2012 models all end with the suffix 50B
If it's John Lewis, it's a five year guarantee, not two.
I have a 46" Sony that is too big for my room available.
1 year old.
Email in profile if anyone interested.
Oops...of course it is. I'm getting the JL TV warranties confused with their Apple warranties. As you were.Cougar - MemberIf it's John Lewis, it's a five year guarantee, not two.
