Spent the morning on a river rowing in a quad - bloody freezing - think it was five layers on upper body, 3 and a half on lower. Beautiful day though - warms you up quite quickly though.

I don't know where you are mate but we've been having some snow and hail blizzards. Still good fun to ride in though.
Sunny here. I have washed the bike so far today as it's been really messy for a few weeks.
Rear tyre flat....!? Couldn't be bothered to change the tube at the same time as my fingers were freezing by that point!
