I was just wondering if there was any way of getting their email addresses. Most of the other company email addresses are (for instance) yourholiday@, customercare@ but I'm not sure it would be simply firstnamelastname with no dot, dash or underscore!

No idea. Give it a shot. Do a mail delivery receipt and a read receipt if you're sending from somewhere that allows it?
Just to add weight to that, their domain is registered to a person with an email address in the forename.surname@onthebeach.co.uk format
