As above, cant bend over to pick stuff up, or hardly move, yet went cycling this pm, and until i went to get off bike no probs, the pain is across lower back, and feels like somebody pulling a cord out of my head ,like a Thunderbird puppet, its a sudden sharp pain, going down arms.It just arrived today, and is agony.
any advice, last time i got it i had a bath and couldnt get out of bath for ages due to pain.

It just goes away of its own accord, bit like the tories, lots of pain , then it goes away.Hopefully.
Pain like this is usually caused by your body telling you've done something stupid and you need to cut back on it and act sensibly for a while to let your body heal... 😉
