Been using the cheap ThermoPro ones around the house 'ThermoPro TP49-3'. The 'TP157-3' are a bit cheaper in price.

+1 for the ThermoPro TP49s. I bought two of Amazon. The readings match each other. Temp is accurate to under 0.5C error.

The humidity on both reads consistently 3-5% lower than on my Bosch room monitor and my dehumidifer. So accurate enough and a consistent error at both house and shed/attic temps.

I have one in my shed and one in my attic but they are so cheap I have ordered a 3rd to monitor upstairs humidity as well.
