The last time I ate from a butchers I had food poisoning for a month.. Just saying like....

By a stroke of luck things have been simplified - the butcher's van turned up an hour and a half early so I've had pork pie for elevenses and shall have fish and chips for lunch.
I may have to forgo the paratha this evening to make up for it though.
