My lad had brought a camera from https://filmcamerastore.co.uk/ and since found some alarming reviews in regards to it being a scam. Paid through paypal. No email confirmation or anything (order placed yesterday) other then a receipt from paypal.
The reviews for https://filmcamerastore.co.uk/ don't read well and his PayPal account shows the payment has gone to apollodiagnostic.co.uk which again doesn't look good.
Any advice ? Can we cancel through paypal or his bank ? I will try to contact the company, any ideas how to find a phone number etc ?
if he paid properly through paypal (ie not a paypal gift) he's protected there. Just wait to see if the goods turn up before panicing
Yep, proper paypal which was linked using his debit card.
