How to fix loose floor tiles?

On the back of the broken house thread, and this being high on my list of things to do, how should I go about fixing loose floor tiles? I am not entirely sure how they were laid (as a contractor did the job) but they sit on top of electric underfloor heating and I assume they are on dabs (which is why they are rocking). Is it as simple as just digging out enough grout to enable me to lever them up, put new adhesive down then re-grout? How likely is this to break a tile or bork the underfloor heating?

I have also come across this stuff which seems to get pretty good reviews, but, on the face of it, it doesn't seem to be *that* much simpler than just lifting and re-laying unless I am missing hidden risks around lifting and re-laying tiles.

Thank you!

There's a video on YouTube showing someone fixing loose tiles by drilling small holes in the grout and injecting tile cement into the holes so it fills the void without having to lift them.
Got to be worth a try 🤔

Edit:
Looking at the link after writing, that's the sort of stuff I'd try before breaking a tile trying to lift it.

Yeah, or breaking the heating. But, saying that, drilling holes is likely to do that (or would it be under a screed – it would, wouldn't it)?

Not always. Depends on the system fitted. I have one of each.

It most certainly will not be on dabs it'll be on a full wet bed back buttered. And if it's not then you will be as well to lift the whole floor.

If the tile is loose just dig the grout out with hand tools and lift it. Investigate what's below and then decide on forward action plan.
