My mother runs a her own business as a therapist. She has a friend of the family manage her website, which is pretty basic, but does the job.
The web designer isn't great at online marketing and she could do with having someone to help her with this. She isn't particularly web savvy and would benefit greatly from hiring someone to work with her to promote her business through adwords.
Most of the things I see locally are design agencies that seem to cater for larger businesses, rather than sole traders. Other than that it seems like it is companies in other countries who do it over the phone.
She doesn't have a large budget, but could probably spend an amount every month if it started paying off.
Any suggestions on how to find someone (preferably local, but not essential) to help a small business with this?
